By downloading, installing, or using our application (“the App”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from accessing or using the App and its services.
1. Purpose of the Application
The App provides a digital platform that enables users to:
- Browse salon and spa services
- Book appointments
- Manage reservations
- Make payments through supported payment methods
The App functions solely as an intermediary that connects users with independent service providers (“Providers”).
We do not own, operate, or manage any of the services listed on the platform and do not employ the Providers.
2. User Account Registration
To access certain features, including booking appointments, users must create an account.
By registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Take full responsibility for all activities performed under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if inaccurate information or suspicious activity is detected.
3. Appointment Booking
Users may schedule appointments based on available time slots provided by the Providers.
A booking is confirmed once:
- The selected date and time is validated
- Any required payment or deposit is completed
Modification, cancellation, or rescheduling is subject to each Provider’s individual policy, which is displayed during the booking process.
4. Payments
Payments may be made through:
- The in-app wallet
- Supported third-party payment gateways
By completing a payment, you authorize us or the payment processor to charge the selected method.
We are not responsible for:
- Payment gateway errors
- Delays in payment processing
- Failed transactions caused by external systems
5. User Obligations
You agree NOT to misuse the App, including but not limited to:
- Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities
- Posting false, offensive, or misleading content
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the App
- Creating multiple accounts for abusive purposes
Violations may result in:
- Account suspension
- Permanent termination
- Legal action, if applicable
6. Service Provider Responsibility
While we facilitate the interaction between users and Providers, we are not responsible for:
- The quality of services rendered
- Delays, cancellations, or no-shows by Providers
- Any dissatisfaction, injury, damage, or loss resulting from Provider actions
Any dispute regarding service quality must be addressed directly with the Provider.
7. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Refunds and cancellations are governed solely by each Provider.
Users must carefully review and accept the Provider’s policy before confirming a booking.
We do not guarantee any refund unless explicitly stated by the Provider.
8. Intellectual Property
All content within the App—including text, images, logos, designs, and software—is:
- Owned by us, or
- Licensed to us
You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or modify any part of the App without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Errors, bugs, or interruptions in the App
- Actions or negligence of Providers
- Losses resulting from the use—or inability to use—the App
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk.
10. Updates to the Terms
We may modify or update these Terms at any time.
Changes will be communicated within the App or on our website.
Continued use of the App following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco.
Any dispute shall be handled by the competent courts .
